Do you price match?
Absolutely — within reason! We use TCGplayer as our primary pricing reference and want you to feel good about what you're paying. If our price is out of line with a comparable listing on TCGplayer, let us know and we'll see what we can do. Condition, printing, language, and other relevant details must be comparable.
Are the cards pictured the exact cards I'll receive?
For most singles and graded cards, yes! We want you to know exactly what you're adding to your collection. We spend a lot of time individually scanning every card in. If a listing represents multiple copies or uses a stock image, we'll make that clear in the listing.
How do you determine card condition?
We inspect our raw singles and always try to grade conservatively. For example, we'd rather call a card LP and have you pleasantly surprised by the condition than over-grade it and leave you disappointed. Photos are part of the listing, and we encourage you to take a close look, especially on higher-value cards.
Do you buy or trade cards and collections?
Yep! We're always looking for cool stuff to add to the Pack Daddies inventory. We consider singles, graded cards, sealed products, and even entire collections. Reach out with what you've got and we'll take a look.
What is your return policy?

When will I get my order?
We work to get orders packed and on their way quickly. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Tracking will be provided on eligible shipments so you can follow your cards on their journey to their new home.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Shipping insurance is available if you'd like additional protection for your purchase. For the big stuff, we've got you covered, orders over $1,000 are insured at no additional cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the size, weight, value, and shipping method for your order. We also offer Plain White Envelope (PWE) shipping for eligible lower-value cards to keep shipping costs down when a full package isn't necessary. Your available shipping options and exact cost will be shown at checkout before you purchase.
